Centrally located and multi award-winning, this acclaimed London architecture studio is seeking an experienced and ambitious Bids/Proposals Manager to join their friendly inhouse Marketing & New Business team. Reporting to senior management, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the full client-focused pitching process while also contributing to broader marketing and new business strategies that aid the studio’s international growth.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the preparation and delivery of PQQs, tenders/RFPs, pitches and interview presentations, while also supporting networking and client relationship activity. You will contribute to the writing, editing and design of compelling submissions, articulate the prestige of the practice in presentations, and undertake research to ensure a tailored and strategic response to opportunities. With two administrators supporting you, strong organisation, communication and leadership will be essential.
Applicants must demonstrate at least 2 years’ previous experience in bids/proposals management or coordination, with advanced Adobe Creative Cloud proficiency (particularly InDesign) and excellent copywriting, proofreading and graphics skills. A genuine professional interest in architecture or the wider built environment is essential, alongside a meticulous work ethic, creativity and initiative.
