Solutia Consulting, Inc. was started in March, 1997 by Rick Kuula. We are a Business and Information Technology consulting firm with offices in Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN and Dallas/Ft. Worth, TX.
Our services included Management Consulting work including Business Performance Improvement, Assessments, Package Selection and IT Strategy. Our services related to Business Applications included Project Management, Business Analysis, Application Development (Microsoft .Net and Java), and Quality Assurance.
We hire consultants on a salaried basis and invest in helping them to build long-term consulting careers with us.

Solutia Consulting, Inc. was started in 1997 by Rick Kuula in Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN.
In 2006 we became a Partnership with several others long-term management becoming partner in the company.
In October 2007, we opened our Dallas/Ft. Worth, TX branch.
